Our Arthritis friendly exercise group is a professionally led class designed to help individuals manage arthritis through safe, targeted physical activity. Regular exercise is a key component in managing arthritis effectively — it can help reduce joint pain and stiffness, improve flexibility and strength, support better posture and balance, and enhance overall quality of life.

Staying active with arthritis is clinically proven to slow the progression of symptoms, maintain joint function, and support mental well-being. Our sessions are structured to provide these benefits in a controlled, low-impact environment that prioritises moving safely in the most beneficial way for the individual.

Each class is led by our Sports Therapist Amy, ensuring exercises are adapted to suit a wide range of mobility levels and conditions. Whether you’re managing osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or another form, our class offers the support, guidance, and community to help you stay active with confidence.
